The 21st International Conference For University Administrators (ICUA) 2024 which is soon to be held on the 27-28 September 2024 aims to bring together practitioners who are interested in creative management, agile governance & digital transformation where working remotely is the norm.

This means creating strong trusting relationships where one can ethically do their duties without fear of upsetting others, which is in line with the theme of this year’s ICUA, "Creative Leadership: Putting the Pieces Together".

Towards the purpose of enriching the experience & knowledge of participants of ICUA 2024, the organising committee has opened a call for e-poster presentation submissions in all related studies (but not limited to) the conference’s theme. Extra attention will however be given to the following topics:

Guideline For Poster Layout Design

Layout	The layout of the poster should incorporate the conference’s design header & be aesthetically pleasing, designed upon an A3 sized paper layout. The design for the ICUA 2024 header can be downloaded from the link below. The content layout is to be arranged as follows: Top Centre [Title / Authors & Affiliations] Introduction [Brief Background / Objectives] Methodology [Rigorous & Systematic Methods Preferred] Analysis & Results Data Analysis: The Analysis Should Be Thorough & Appropriate For The Data. Results: Results Should Be Presented & Logically Interpreted. Discussion: Discussion Should Relate Results To Existing Knowledge & Highlight The Study's Significance. Conclusion [Summary & Future Directions]
Content Quality	Relevance: The Topic Should Be Relevant To The Conference Theme. Clarity: Information Should Be Presented & Easy To Understand. Depth Of Information: The Poster Should Provide Sufficient Details To Support The Main Points. Originality: The Content Should Be Original & Offer New Insights Or Findings. Accuracy: Data & Information Presented Should Be Accurate & Well-Researched.
Visual Design	Colours: Ensure Your Design Features A Professional Colour Scheme With Good Contrast Between Text & Background. Fonts: Use Clear, Legible Fonts (Example: Arial / Helvetica) In Appropriate Sizes. Images & Graphics: Incorporate High-Quality Images, Graphs, & Charts, Making Sure They Are Clearly Labelled & Easy To Interpret. Readability: Text Should Be Readable From A Reasonable Distance.
Presen-tation	Pitching: Deliver A 2-3 Minute Summary Highlighting The Key Points Of Your Poster. Interactivity: Provide Opportunities For Audience Interaction & Engagement. Conciseness: Ensure The Information Is Brief & To The Point. Q&A Session: Be Prepared To Effectively Answer Questions From Attendees.
