The International Conference for University Administrators (ICUA) is organised biennially by the Assistant Registrars' Club, UiTM. The Assistant Registrars' Club was established under the Administrators Association, which was founded in 1990, with the aim of uniting members of the staff under the administrative services scheme in the entire system. Accordingly, the Registrars' Club shares the same objectives and aims to achieve the same goal. The objectives behind the formation of the Assistant Registrars' Club are:
- to consolidate and create unity, understanding and good relations among the administrators in UiTM;
- to conduct discussions from time to time, on matters and problems, and try to solve them during consultation;
- to produce versatile and experienced administrators through the dissemination of information training to members; and
- to establish networks and exchange.
